Security
The Security tab allows you to do the following:
Pair your phone to the vehicle
Enable or disable Sentry Mode
Enable or disable Valet Mode
Enable or disable Speed Limit Mode and receive
notifications when the vehicle's driving speed is within approximately 3 mph
(5 km/h) of your selected
Standby, Alert, and Alarm States
While in Sentry Mode, Model Y may shift through three
states as a response to its surroundings-Standby, Alert,
and Alarm:
Standby. Model Y is automatically "on standby" when
you activate Sentry Mode. The cameras constantly
monitor the surrounding area for possible security
threats.
